THE POWER OF "OFF" RETREAT

Come refresh your mind, body and spirit in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
There's an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence now that each of us needs "down time for our brain" to step away from our technology, spend time in nature, and reconnect with what makes us, us.
Jane Carter and psychologist/coach Dr. Jasmine Bradley have designed a 2-day retreat to resemble a "spa-weekend for your brain"--so that you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. We'll turn off our phones & technology, gather in a beautiful, big cabin in the mountains, and focus on topics like:
- Mindfulness- Increasing sense of presence day to day.
- Self-Compassion- How improving the relationship with one's self improves effectiveness in every other area of life.
- Where the Brain and the Spirit meet- How to approach our struggles and pain in a way that enriches life and relationships.
- Body-Based Practices-- How long walks, yoga, sleep, and mindful eating heal the mind/spirit and bring more balance into day to day life.
The cost of the retreat, including lodging in a beautiful restored cabin in Maggie Valley, all meals, teaching & coaching is $780.
